\nThe best working environment is silence. Why not approach things a little more interestingly and drive out of town to P\u00f5hjala Resort.
\n<\/h4>
\nP\u00f5hjala Resort has 46 beds (with 6 extra beds available) and plenty of space for camping during the summer season. For larger events, we have created a special summer terrace that can accommodate up to 150 people for dining and partying. In addition, up to 400 seats can be installed in the courtyard in front of the summer terrace. The complex also includes a football and volleyball pitch, a basketball hoop and a darts court. For the children we have installed swings and a sandpit.

\nHoliday home\n<\/h3>
\n

The fireplace lounge is where all the cold weather get-togethers and dinners are usually held.<\/p>\n

Room capacity:<\/p>\n

up to 80 people - party table can be covered, no space for band and dancing. Activities and band can be organised in adjacent seminar room.<\/p>\n

A massive stone fireplace adds to the romance. In addition to the fireplace room, we have also planned a fully equipped conference room that can be converted into a dance hall or a social room. The second floor of the holiday home has been converted into comfortable bedrooms.<\/p>\n

    Rental period: from 16.00 until 12.00 the next day. Changes to the rental period can be made by prior arrangement.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>

    \nGuest house\n<\/h3>
    \n

    It is a pure form of a guest house, not suitable for parties or training courses, as there are no common areas. The building has a total of seven comfortable rooms and 15 beds.<\/p>\n

    A 200 m2 guest house offers (15 beds in total):<\/p>\n

      \nSauna house\n<\/h3>
      \n

      The sauna house is located at the western end of our complex and was the second building we started to build after the holiday house. It is a hand-hewn log building with a shingle roof. The logs are impregnated with natural pine tar, which adds a natural touch to your entire gathering.<\/p>\n

      NOTE: The sauna house is not rented separately, but only together with the holiday house or the rest of the complex.<\/p>\n

      • A 50m2 sauna house offers (total of 8 accommodation places):<\/li>\n
      • Six-seater wood-fired sauna<\/li>\n
      • Front room with up to 15 seats<\/li>\n
      • 3 showers and 2 toilets<\/li>\n
      • 8 sleeping places on the second floor of the sauna house (two four-bed rooms).<\/li>\n
      • Sauna towels<\/li>\n

      • Heated hot tub for 6 people at a time (only during the warm season).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        NB: The hot tub is not in use or heated during the period 15.10-30.04.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>

        \nSummer terrace\n<\/h3>
        \n

        For big summer events, we have specially created a large summer lawn so that rain and wind don't interfere with the event. The building is covered on four sides with walls and can seat up to 120 people. The terrace area is fully covered with lighting and there are electrical outlets in every corner.\u00a0 <\/span>The shelter is furnished with benches of different sizes and rectangular tables. Our summer terrace has become very popular for weddings and summer days.<\/p>\n

        The summer terrace is also a great place to hold seminars. P\u00f5hjala Resort\u00a0 <\/span>away from noisy roads and our atmosphere is very quiet. We can also provide a projector, screen and whiteboard in the room.<\/p>\n

        NOTE: The summer terrace is not rented separately but is included in the rental of the whole complex.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>

        \nOutdoor area\n<\/h3>
        \n

        We have tried to build P\u00f5hjala Resort using materials and techniques as close to nature as possible. All our buildings are hand hewn from round logs or ore. It has always been our aim that a farm complex consisting of several buildings should form a coherent whole. In the courtyard you will find a number of pleasant seating areas, a football and volleyball pitch and a basketball court with a single basket.<\/p>\n

        For the children we have created a play area with a sandpit and swings. We have plenty of space for social games and camping.<\/p>\n

        Outdoor area offers:<\/p>\n

          Rental prices for the regular season (October-April):<\/strong><\/p>\n

          • Rental price of the entire resort (main house, sauna house, guesthouse, forest house, outdoor area), accommodation for up to 46 guests: \u20ac1,500+VAT\/day.<\/li>\n
          • P\u00f5hjala Resort main house + sauna house rental, accommodation for up to 23 guests: 1000\u20ac+VAT\/day.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            *Booking fee to confirm dates: 1000\u20ac+km (non-refundable).<\/p>\n

            High season (May-September) rental prices, only the entire resort can be rented:<\/strong><\/p>\n

            • Friday to Saturday resort private rental (holiday house, sauna house, guest house, fenced house, yard area) rental price: 2500\u20ac+km\/day.<\/li>\n
            • Sunday to Thursday resort private rental (holiday house, sauna house, guest house, fenced house, yard area) rental price: 1500\u20ac+km\/day<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              \nRental conditions\n<\/h3>\n<\/div>
              \n

              1. Rental time 4:00 PM until 11:30 AM the next day, except for special written agreements.<\/p>\n

              - <\/span>The resort's rental time is from 11:00 to 15:30.\nP\u00f5hjala Resort operates at up to 100% capacity during busier periods, and we kindly ask that all early arrivals be coordinated in advance with the event project manager.\nFor example, on summer event days, we can sometimes start lunch outdoors at 14:30, and a wedding decorator\/florist can be allowed access to the outdoor area starting from 12:30 (we are ready to receive guests from 16:00). Guests can be allowed indoors from 16:00.<\/p>\n

              2. Loud music and bands may play in the outdoor area of P\u00f5hjala Resort until 23:00 or until the allowance of special permit given by the local municipality.\nAfter that, music can continue indoors with doors and windows closed. It is possible to apply for an extension of the quiet hours from the Kose municipality.\nContact: K\u00e4tlin Iljin, Municipal Secretary katlin.iljin@kosevald.ee<\/span> (authorisation can take up to 30 days). For larger for summer days and weddings, please make sure you take this permission.<\/span><\/p>\n

              3. The prices shown are valid for up to 50 people. For larger events, please ask for a separate quote.<\/p>\n

              4. The booking is guaranteed upon receipt of the booking fee. 100% must be paid for each event before it starts. The booking fee is non-refundable in case of cancellation.<\/p>\n

              5. Sauna use lasts for 4 hours at a time of your choice.<\/p>\n

              6. From 15 October to 30 April, the hot tub will not be heated and will not be offered as a service.<\/p>\n

              7. Renting P\u00f5hjala Resort is based on a contract, which is completed on-site before the start of each event.<\/p>\n

              8. The P\u00f5hjala Resort does not organise events where the majority of people are under 25 years of age. For security reasons, we do not cater for school parties or birthday parties for young people.<\/p>\n

              9. Fireworks are allowed until 23.00. However, please be aware that we are in a natural environment and please refrain from fireworks if possible.<\/p>\n

              10. Check-in is from 16.00 and check-out is no later than 11.30. Other rooms in the complex can be used at other times by prior arrangement.<\/p>\n
