About the resort

Peamaja kaminasaal on just see koht, kus viiakse reeglina läbi kõik külmal ajal toimuvad koosolemised ning õhtusöögid.

Room capacity:

up to 80 people - party table can be covered, no space for band and dancing. Activities and band can be organised in adjacent seminar room.

up to 60 people - party table can be covered, with room for a band and dancing.

Romantilisust lisab maakivist laotud massiivne kamin. Lisaks kaminasaalile oleme planeerinud puhkemajasse ka kõikidele tingimustele vastava konverentsiruumi, mida annab ümber korraldada tantsu või seltskonnamängude saaliks. Peamaja teine korrus on välja ehitatud mugavateks magamisruumideks.

400m2  the holiday home (15 places in total):

• 5 double twin rooms, each with a shower and a toilet
• 1 double room with shower and toilet in the room
• 1 triple room (double + twin bed), with shower and toilet in the room.
• Fireplace room with up to eighty seats
• Party/seminar room with up to fifty seats and presentation equipment.

Rental period: from 16.00 until 12.00 the next day. Changes to the rental period can be made by prior arrangement.

It is a pure form of a guest house, not suitable for parties or training courses, as there are no common areas. The building has a total of seven comfortable rooms and 15 beds.

A 200 m2 guest house offers (15 beds in total):

• 6 double twin rooms with shower and toilet in each room
• 1 triple room (double + twin bed),  shower and toilet

The sauna house is located at the western end of our complex and was the second building we started to build after the holiday house. It is a hand-hewn log building with a shingle roof. The logs are impregnated with natural pine tar, which adds a natural touch to your entire gathering.

NOTE: The sauna house is not rented separately, but only together with the holiday house or the rest of the complex.

Suvisteks suurüritusteks oleme spetsiaalselt loonud suure klaassaali, et
sadu ja tuul üritust segama ei hakkaks. Ehitis on kaetud neljast küljest
seintega ning mahutab istuma kuni 180 inimest. Saal on kaetud terves
ulatuses valgustitega ning igas nurgas on olemas pistikud elektri
võtmiseks.
• Põhjala klaassaali pikiküljed on täielikult klaasseinad, mis on 50%
ulatuses avatavad. Hoone sobib ideaalselt pulmade ja suvepäevade
läbiviimiseks.
• Klaassaalis saab suurepäraselt läbi viia ka seminare. Põhjala Resort
asub mürarikastest teedest kaugel ning meie õhkkond on väga vaikne.
Soovi korral varustame ruumi projektori, ekraani ning pabertahvliga.
• NB! Klaassaali ei rendita eraldi välja vaid see kuulub kasutamiseks kogu
kompleksi rentimisel. Suurus 330m2, mõõdud 19x17m

Oranžerii on 40m2 multifunktsionaalne klaasist välirajatis, mida saab kasutada näiteks töötubade, väiksemate pulmatseremooniate, eraldi baariruumina või lounge alana.

Oleme proovinud Põhjala Resorti üles ehitades kasutada võimalikult looduslähedasi materjale ning lähtunud JAPANDI stiilist.  Meie eesmärk on olnud alati, et mitmetest hoonetest koosnev resort peab moodustama ühtse terviku. Õuealalt leiate mitmeid mõnusaid istumiskohtasid

For the children we have created a play area with a sandpit and swings. We have plenty of space for social games and camping.

Outdoor area offers:

• Swings and sandpit for children
• Plenty of seating (for around 100 people, with the possibility of additional tables for up to 120).
• 25m2 modern greenhouse e.g. for small workshops, serving food or a bar.
• Unlimited camping space
• Parking in front of the holiday house, plus a lawn for up to 100 cars.

Rental prices for the regular season (October-April):

• Kogu kompleksi (peamaja, saunamaja, külalistemaja, metsamaja, õueala) rent, 46 majutuskohta: 2000€+km.
• Põhjala resort peamaja+saunamaja rent, 23 majutuskohta: 1500€+km.
• Põhjala Resort eksklusiivrent (IKIGAI halli ja kogu põhikompleksi rent, 46 majutuskohta): 3000€+km

High season (May-September) rental prices, only the entire resort can be rented:

• Suvekuude R-L ja L-P kogu kompleks (peamaja, saunamaja, külalistemaja, metsamaja, õueala) rendihind, 46 majutuskohta: 3500€+km.
• Suvekuude P-N kogu kompleksi (peamaja, saunamaja, külalistemaja, metsamaja, õueala) rendihind, 46 majutuskohta: 2500€+km.
• Põhjala Resort eksklusiivrent (IKIGAI halli ja kogu põhikompleksi rent, 46 majutuskohta): 4500€+km

IKIGAI halli rent eraldiseisvalt:

• IKIGAI halli rent päevaseks seminariks 9.00-17.00: 1500€+km (kohvipauside ja lõunasöögi serveerimine samas ruumis kas püstiseisu laudadega või toimub söömine samade laudade taga, kus viiakse läbi seminari)
• IKIGAI halli rent õhtuseks peoks 16.00-02.00: 1500€+km
• IKIGAI halli rent pulmatseremooniaks kui on renditud kogu põhikompleks 13.00-18.00: 800€+km
• IKIGAI halli päevane rent koos majutusega põhikompleksis, 46 majutuskohta (kohvipauside ja lõunasöögi serveerimine samas ruumis kas püstiseisu laudadega või toimub söömine samade laudade taga, kus viiakse läbi seminari): 2500€+km

1. Rental time 4:00 PM until 11:30 AM the next day, except for special written agreements.

- The resort's rental time is from 11:00 to 15:30. Põhjala Resort operates at up to 100% capacity during busier periods, and we kindly ask that all early arrivals be coordinated in advance with the event project manager. For example, on summer event days, we can sometimes start lunch outdoors at 14:30, and a wedding decorator/florist can be allowed access to the outdoor area starting from 12:30 (we are ready to receive guests from 16:00). Guests can be allowed indoors from 16:00.

2. Loud music and bands may play in the outdoor area of Põhjala Resort until 23:00 or until the allowance of special permit given by the local municipality. After that, music can continue indoors with doors and windows closed. It is possible to apply for an extension of the quiet hours from the Kose municipality. Contact: Kätlin Iljin, Municipal Secretary katlin.iljin@kosevald.ee (authorisation can take up to 30 days). For larger for summer days and weddings, please make sure you take this permission.

3. The prices shown are valid for up to 50 people. For larger events, please ask for a separate quote.

4. The booking is guaranteed upon receipt of the booking fee. 100% must be paid for each event before it starts. The booking fee is non-refundable in case of cancellation.

5. Sauna use lasts for 4 hours at a time of your choice.

6. From 15 October to 30 April, the hot tub will not be heated and will not be offered as a service.

7. Renting Põhjala Resort is based on a contract, which is completed on-site before the start of each event.

8. The Põhjala Resort does not organise events where the majority of people are under 25 years of age. For security reasons, we do not cater for school parties or birthday parties for young people.

9. Fireworks are allowed until 23.00. However, please be aware that we are in a natural environment and please refrain from fireworks if possible.

10. Check-in is from 16.00 and check-out is no later than 11.30. Other rooms in the complex can be used at other times by prior arrangement.

11. Consumption of own beverages and meals is prohibited on the premises of the Põhjala Resort.
